Privacy policy

Plain-language coverage of what wsup-ai.com collects, what it does not, and how third-party services on the site handle reader data. Effective October 6, 2026.

Scope

This policy covers wsup-ai.com, the independent editorial site. It does not cover wsup.ai, Skywork AI Pte. Ltd., now.gg or any other platform linked from this site; for those, read the privacy policy on the destination. Coverage here applies to visitors regardless of location, with additional detail below for readers in the EEA, UK and California.

What wsup-ai.com does not collect

No user accounts. No email signup on this site. No newsletter list. No comment system. No submission forms of any kind. No fingerprinting, session replay or heatmap tools. Personal data cannot be collected through pages that do not have a place to enter it.

What is stored on your device

A single localStorage key, wsup_age_ok, records that you passed the age gate on your first visit so the modal does not reappear on subsequent visits. Nothing is transmitted to a server. Clearing site data or opening the site in a different browser resets the key and shows the modal again. No cookies, no advertising IDs, no tracking pixels are set by this site.

Server logs

The web host stores standard access logs: IP address, user agent, requested URL, response code, timestamp. Log retention is limited to what the host provides by default. Logs are used for uptime, abuse detection and technical diagnostics, and are not sold, shared with advertisers or joined against any other data set.

Third-party services on the site

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Google receives the visitor IP address and user agent as part of a standard font request; no personal data is passed. Outbound links to wsup.ai, the App Store, Google Play, now.gg and third-party review sites send the visitor to the destination with a standard referrer header. Once you leave wsup-ai.com, the destination's own policy applies. Affiliate outbound links may pass a tracking parameter to the affiliate network so the network can attribute the visit; the network's own privacy policy governs what happens after the click.

What Wsup AI itself does with your data

Different from this site. Wsup AI runs its own privacy handling; questions about what wsup.ai stores, how long chats live on the backend, or whether image prompts are retained belong to Skywork AI Pte. Ltd. through the in-app or store-listing contact channels, not here.

Your rights (EEA, UK, California)

Because wsup-ai.com does not collect account data, there is no personal profile to access, correct or delete. If you believe your rights are engaged (for example because a server log entry contains your IP), send the request through the LinkedIn contact on the editor profile and it will be handled within thirty days. California residents have the same right of access; there is no sale of personal information for this site to opt out of.

Children

The site is 18+ throughout and is not directed at minors, per the age verification policy. If you believe a minor has accessed the site, contact the editor.

Changes

Material changes will be reflected in the "Effective" date above and in the JSON-LD dateModified. Trivial edits (typos, restructures) do not change the effective date. This policy runs alongside the terms of service, the editorial policy, the methodology that governs how coverage is tested and refreshed, and the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement.
