The reader agreement for wsup-ai.com. Short, direct, refreshed whenever the site changes materially. Effective October 6, 2026.

1. What you agree to

By using wsup-ai.com you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy, the age verification policy and the 18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement. If you disagree with any of them, close the site.

2. Age requirement

The site is 18+ throughout. On entry you confirm that you are at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, and that adult-oriented editorial material is legal to access where you are. Minors are not permitted.

3. What this site is

An independent editorial resource covering the Wsup AI character chat platform. Not affiliated with Skywork AI Pte. Ltd., now.gg or any other product covered. Not a support channel for wsup.ai. Not a legal, medical or financial advisor. Nothing on this site is professional advice.

4. Third-party services

The site links to and comments on third-party services (wsup.ai, the App Store, Google Play, now.gg, other AI companion platforms). wsup-ai.com does not operate any of them and cannot vouch for their availability, pricing, moderation practices or handling of user data. Read each destination's own terms and privacy policy before creating an account, buying credits or sharing personal information.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound CTAs are affiliate links. Signups or purchases made through them may earn wsup-ai.com a small commission at no additional cost to the reader. Detail on the editorial policy page.

6. Intellectual property

Text, images and code produced for wsup-ai.com are © wsup-ai.com. Third-party brand names, logos and marks (Wsup AI, wsup.ai, Skywork AI, now.gg, App Store, Google Play, Character.AI, Janitor AI, Chub AI, Replika, Talkie, PolyBuzz) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and editorial reference only.

7. Use restrictions

You may read the site for personal, non-commercial use, share links to any page, and quote short passages for commentary. You may not scrape the site for training data or resale, republish substantial passages without permission, or use the site to break the law where you are.

8. No warranty

Coverage is dated and best effort. Store metadata, pricing, feature behaviour and moderation practices change; wsup-ai.com does not warrant that every claim is current. The testing routine that produces the coverage sits on the methodology page. If you spot a stale claim, send it through the editor contact and it will be corrected under the corrections policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wsup-ai.com is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from your use of any third-party service linked from it. You use the site at your own risk.

10. Changes

Material changes to these terms will be reflected in the "Effective" date above and in the JSON-LD dateModified. Continued use after a material change is acceptance of the new terms.
